The product can bear high temperature (120 ℃ and it is flame retardant). It can resist pounding and aging. It is not only good-looking but also with a long life. This product is made by cross-linking polyethylene foaming. Our company has a Unique production process, pipe foaming, once-molded emboss, no interface and cracks inside pipes make the materials of the pipes have good water-absorbing property and heat-preservation. It also won't corrode the copper pipes and aluminum pipes.
The special formula makes the insulation pipes can be worked in the harsh temperature condition from -40-120 ℃ . Meanwhile, it can avoid the dew which condenses from the pipe inside and outside and outside to pollute the house. The insulation pipes will not be wrinkled, pin holed, powdering and creaked after 200 hours under irradiation of Xenon arc lamp. Because of that, the insulation pipe's aging-resistant time is about 8-10 years. The excellent insolation effect keeps the temperature of the both sides of the pipe efficiently. They not only save the electronic, but also meet the environmental-protection requirements.
